Dr. G.S Patki

A post graduate from The Indian Institute of Technology - Kharagpur, Dr. Patki has done his doctorate in Gears from Jadhavpur University, Calcutta and post doctoral research on 'Pitting Of Gears' from Stuttgart University, Germany.

He has over thirty five years of experience in the field of gears . This vast experience includes fifteen years of hands - on field experience in solving Gear Drive related problems. He led the research on Gears at Central Mechanical Engineering Research Institute (CMERI Durgapur) & headed Quality control, Quality assurance, Design & Development , Service departments of various Gear manufacturing companies like New Allenberry Works, David Brown- Greaves Ltd etc.

He has been instrumental in solving various field problems of Gears and Gearboxes with Gear Care & Solutions.

	S. P. Joshi
	An electrical engineer by profession having 28 years of rich industrial experience in a reputed cement plant. Experienced in projects and maintenance of electrical equipment; Further ten years of experience as electrical contractor and consultant.

Seemant Joshi

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology Nagpur (formerly VRCE Nagpur), Seemant is a young dynamic engineer with hands - on field experiences of around Five years in condition monitoring of gearboxes. He has also completed his Post Graduate Executive Management Program from S.P Jain Institute of Management & Research, Mumbai.

He has attended miscellaneous Gear Drive problems for various industries like Cement, Sugar, Fertilizers, Metal Rolling Mill, Wind Turbines etc and presented papers at CII , FICCI and other technical confrences.
